ရဲေဘာ္မဲေလး(ခ) ညြန္႔၀င္း၏ ေနာက္ဆံုး ခရီးစဥ္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံလံုးဆိုင္ရာ ေက်ာင္းသားမ်ား ဒီမိုကရက္တစ္တပ္ဦး

မွကိုယ္ပိုင္အမွတ္ (၃၈၆၉) တပ္ၾကပ္ႏွင့္-ယာယီတပ္စုတပ္ၾကပ္ႀကီးေဟာင္း ရဲေဘာ္ညႊန္႔ဝင္း၏ ေတာ္လွန္ေရးရာဇဝင္အက်ဥ္း။
ရဲေဘာ္ညႊန္႔ဝင္းသည္-
          ၁၉၈၈ ခုႏွစ္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ ဒီမိုကေရစီရရွိေရးေတာင္းဆိုတိုက္ပြဲတြင္ ဆႏၵျပသူတစ္ဦးအျဖစ္ ပါဝင္ ဆင္ႏႊဲခဲ့သည္။ စစ္တပ္မွ အာဏ...ာသိမ္းၿပီးေနာက္ မၿပီးဆံုးေသးေသာ ဒီမိုကေရစီရရွိေရးတိုက္ပြဲအား ဆက္လက္ဆင္ႏြႊဲရန္အတြက္  ၁၉၈၉ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ နယ္စပ္သို႔ထြက္ခြာခဲ့ၿပီး ေက်ာင္းသားတပ္မေတာ္ အမွတ္(၂၀၇) တပ္ရင္းသို႔ တပ္သားအျဖစ္ ဝင္ေရာက္ကာ တာဝန္ထမ္းေဆာင္ခဲ့သည္။
          သူသည္ အသက္ငယ္ရြယ္ေသးသူျဖစ္ေသာ္လည္း ခိုင္မာေသာစိတ္ဓါတ္ ယံုၾကည္ခ်က္တို႔ျဖင့္ တိုက္ပြဲဝင္ရင္း တပ္ၾကပ္ႏွင့္ ယာယီတပ္စုတပ္ၾကပ္ႀကီးအျဖစ္ စစ္ေျမျပင္၌ပင္ ခန္႔အပ္ျခင္းခံခဲ့ရသည္။

- ေပ်ာက္က်ားစစ္တိုက္ပြဲတို႔ကိုဆင္ႏႊဲခဲ့ၿပီးအထူးသျဖင့္ကမၻာေက်ာ္တိုက္ပြဲစာရင္းဝင္သည့္ဝမ္ခတိုက္ပြဲ(ဝမ္ခေဟာင္း - ဝမ္ခသစ္) ထြီးပါးဝီႀကိဳးတိုက္ပြဲ (ေခြးအိပ္ေတာင္) တို႔ကိုပါ(ႏွစ္ပတ္လည္တိုက္ပြဲမ်ား)ဆင္ႏႊဲခဲ့သည္။
ထိုတိုက္ပြဲမ်ားတြင္ မ်က္ေစ့ကို ယမ္းေငြ႕ရိုက္မိျခင္းႏွင့္၊ ရန္သူ႕လက္နက္ႀကီးက်ေရာက္ေပါက္ကြဲမႈေၾကာင့္ ရင္ဘတ္ကို ရိုက္ခတ္မိေသာ ဒဏ္ရာျဖင့္ ၁၉၉၅/၉၆ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ တပ္မွ အနားယူခဲ့ရသည္။
 ယၡဳအခါ သူသည္ ဦးေႏွာက္ေသြးေၾကာျပတ္ေရာဂါျဖင့္ အုန္းဖ်ံေဆးရံု၌ပင္( 12 ၊ 2 ၊ 2011) ရက္ေန႔၌ က်ဆံုးခဲ့သည္။

                   သားႀကီး      - ေမာင္ေအာင္ၿဖိဳးဇင္ သားငယ္မ်ား(အမႊာ)  - ေမာင္ဇင္မင္းႏိုင္ ႏွင့္ ေမာင္ဇင္မင္းထက္ တို႔က်န္ရစ္ခဲ့ရွာသည္။
ထို႔အျပင္-သူခ်စ္ေသာ ဒီမိုကေရစီရရွိေရးအတြက္ လက္တြဲတိုက္ပြဲဝင္ခဲ့ၾကသည့္ တိုက္ေဖာ္တိုက္ဖက္ ေသေဖာ္ေသဘက္ ရဲေဘာ္မ်ားအားလည္း ခ်န္ရစ္ခဲ့ရွာသည္။
သို႔ေသာ္- သူကိုယ္ပိုင္အမွတ္ ၃၈၆၉ -တပ္ၾကပ္ႏွင့္ယာယီတပ္စုတပ္ၾကပ္ႀကီးေဟာင္း ညႊန္႔ဝင္း(ခ)မဲေလးသည္ လူေသေသာ္လည္း ဘယ္ေသာအခါမွ နာမည္ႏွင့္ သမိုင္းမေသေသာ ဒီမိုကေရစီရဲေဘာ္ႀကီးတစ္ဦးအျဖစ္ သမိုင္းတြင္ တြင္က်န္ရစ္ခဲ့သည္မွာ မလြဲဧကန္ပင္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

12 February (1947), Union Day celebrates the signing of the Panglong Agreement and the creation of the Union of Burma. General Aung San was able to convince some of the Shan Saophas, Kachin Duwars and the Chin leaders and finally succeeded in concluding an agreement with ethnic minorities for a unified Burma at the Panglong Conference on February 12, celebrated since as ‘Union Day’. The Karen sent only 4 observers. The Arakanese and the Mons were considered as part of the Burmese tribe having being subdued since the Burmese kings and were not consulted; the Karenni was an independent state and not invited. A new democratic and federal constitution was drafted that safeguarded basic civil liberties and the rights of the citizen.
Panglong Spirit: Liberty, Equality, Autonomy, and Federal Union (LEAF).
There were 23 signatories in all expressing their willingness to work with the ‘interim Burmese government’ in order to achieve independence speedily, and agreeing in principle the formation of a ‘Union of Burma’. Burman representative: Aung San; Chin representatives: Hlur Hmung, Thawng Za Khup, Kio Mang; Kachin representatives: Sinwa Nawng, Zau Rip, Dinra Tang, Zau La, Zau Lawn, Labang Grong; Shan representatives: Tawnpeng, Yawnghwei, North Hsenwi, Laika, Mong Pawn, Hsamonghkam and representatives of Pawnglawng: Hkun Pung, Tin E, Kya Bu, Sao Yapa Hpa, Htun Myint, Hkun Saw, Hkun Htee.
